1/4" Diced High Melt Cheese. Our high temperature cheese is a great for sausage making. Allows you to add cheese to your sausage and give it that little something extra. Cheese will stay in diced cube shape up to 300 degrees. We add 2 lb. of cheese to a 25 lb. batch of sausage. High temp cheese is slightly dehydrated so for best results add to sausage just before stuffing and cooking, if you stuff the cheese in casing and let sit overnight we find this leaves the cheese with a gooey consistency after cooking.
