Fibrous casing are manufactured for smoked, dried and cooked sausages. Our fibrous casing are pre-tied and pre-stuck and are excellent for permeability for smoke penetration and moisture evaporation. Ideal for bologna, salami’s and summer sausages. Soak in water before using to provide adequate flexibility and increased breakage resistance during stuffing. Store in cool, dry place in a sealed container. These casings measure 1 1/2" x 20"
